Non‑Refund Policy

At House of Arvizu, every piece is crafted with intention, purpose, and premium quality. Due to the limited‑release nature of our collections and the custom detailing involved in our apparel and jewelry, all sales are final. Please review our policy before completing your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or order reversals once a purchase has been completed. This applies to all products, including:

  • Clothing (tees, hoodies, joggers, jackets, puff coats)

  • Jewelry

  • Accessories

  • Limited‑edition drops

  • Pre‑order items


2. Exchanges (If Applicable)

While refunds are not offered, exchanges may be approved under specific conditions:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

If approved, exchanges are issued for the same item or store credit only.


3. Sizing & Fit

We do not offer refunds or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Fit preference

  • Change of mind

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

House of Arvizu is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location.


6. Custom & Limited‑Edition Items

All custom, personalized, or limited‑edition items are final sale with no refunds, cancellations, or modifications.


7. Agreement to Terms
